“How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives.”
— Annie Dillard
About Me
Being a human can be a lonely and confusing experience. Our modern world is a wondrous place, but it can also feel overwhelming and isolating. Perhaps part of you senses there is joy and connection to be had — so how do you access it?
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade as an organic farmer; without knowing why, I sensed that I needed to do work that was close to the ground, to be near things that felt fundamental and foundational to life. I view therapy in much the same way: as a space to work with what is deep and foundational in you.
I seek to welcome you as a whole person, not a list of symptoms. I work with a deep sense of curiosity about you, your experience, and the full human being that you are. My goal is not to provide you with all the answers — instead, let's embark on a relational journey together, inviting us both to explore what we know about ourselves and the world.
It is my belief that the body you inhabit is an intelligent system; it is not broken. It is conveying messages that can be accessed and listened to, if we can allow the time and the space needed for it to unfold.
I believe that therapy, at its best, provides a person with permission to show up as their real, messy self. Our work together can provide you with the room and the space to uncover unknown parts of what is already within you — and to be deeply and meaningfully supported while you do that work. You are not alone on this journey.

I’m an eclectic, holistic therapist. I am always learning, and I pull from many different theories and approaches. I consider myself a relational therapist who is interested in attachment, emotional focusing, grief and trauma work, psychodynamic theory, and nervous system / somatic practices. I’m grounded in existentialism, with a lens toward meaning-making.

I see adult and teen clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, who are working through trauma, or who are struggling to find meaning in their lives. Many of my clients are seeking out a space to put words to the many thoughts and feelings inside them that often go unsaid. Some of my clients have been diagnosed with ADHD, and others consider themselves neurodivergent. If you have any questions about whether or not you think we would be a good therapeutic fit, please find my contact information in the “Contact” section of this page.

“It may be that when we no longer know what to do
we have come to our real work,
and that when we no longer know which way to go
we have come to our real journey.
The mind that is not baffled is not employed.
The impeded stream is the one that sings.”
― Wendell Berry
